Department Introduction

Temperature rise mechanical testing laboratory

Introduction to Departments:

Mainly conducting peak withstand current and short-term withstand current, as well as long-term and mechanical performance tests on various high-voltage electrical products. Operation test, protection level, sealing and environmental test under severe freezing conditions.

Main experimental equipment

Three single-phase test transformers

Rated voltage: 10000V/90V

Rated capacity: 6150kVA (three-phase)

Short term capacity: single-phase 40kA, three-phase 40kA

Long term temperature rise current: single-phase 25kA, three-phase 12kA

Main measuring instruments:

Swedish gamma circuit resistance tester and characteristic tester, German ISM SF6 leak detector, Swiss MBW precision dew point tester, American PHENZX AC withstand voltage tester.
